Owner James Church has been in automotive repair since 1991. He is ASE Master certified in all eight areas of technician competence. He has an L1 advanced engine performance certification as well.

Our Business Philosophy

The automotive service customer has the right to expect that their mechanic will let them know what services their vehicle needs to be stay reliable and in good running order. The customer also has the right to know what the repairs and services will cost prior to the work being performed. There are a lot of variables that are outside the repair shop's control when working on older higher mileage vehicles. We try to communicate these variables to our customers up front as well as give the customer a report on the overall condition of the vehicle so that they can make an informed decision about investing in vehicle service.

Trust is the main ingredient for a good business/customer relationship. At Oxford Automotive we work hard to earn and maintain this trust through:


  • honest communication with our customer about their vehicle
  • perform a 25 point inspection each time the vehicle comes in for service
  • competent service through keeping up-to-date on changes in technology
