The crew here is awesome! When going in with an issue they listen, then ask more questions to help the mechanics with. After the vehicle was serviced, the mechanic explained the issues to me and more detail. After purchasing a 2014 dodge 1500 truck I knew there was going to be some TLC needed. I took my truck to Oxford automotive and they gave me a full rundown report with red, yellow, green light to let me know issues that needed to be attended to at the moment and then later down the road. With this report, they also gave photos to better give me an idea of what was going on. The truck needed a little more TLC than I had thought and it gave the mechanics a serious test on one of the issues. Personally, I think this mechanic went above and beyond to find the fix to the problem. I loved how he took the photos of everything and explained the whole process to me. This shows me that they take much pride in their craftsmanship and care for their clients throughout the whole process. I also greatly appreciated the communication along the process with the issues of the truck. I can’t say enough good things of this whole crew!
