Oxford Automotive is the place to get your car or truck repaired. Travis and his team do everything they can to resolve issues, and resolve them properly. They do what is right, and do not take shortcuts. I recently had my Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel in for a coolant leak. This turned into a bad head gasket and cracked cylinder head on a HEMI with 64,000 miles on it. I did have coverage through a 3rd party extended warranty when I bought the truck new. Travis and his team navigated a very difficult process of dealing with a less than cooperative Insurance Company (Portfolio). They repaired my truck, and offered me a loaner car while they did the repairs. The fact that I have a 3 year warranty (2 years longer than other places) on a new cylinder head and associated work is peace of mind if an issue arises. This was the first time I had ever dealt with Oxford Automotive. From the first phone call on an early Monday, to the end of the process over 3 weeks later (due to the insurance company...not Oxford), they were honest, straight forward, very easy to communicate with, and responsive. I will absolutely be a return customer. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repair work done.
