Professional, THOROUGH. I took a car that I was considering for purchase there. Best $$ I ever spent! The car was older, but single owner, no accidents, service record at the dealer over the years looked great. The vehicle ultimately had more issues than I care to list! Those folks over there at Oxford I tell ya, they were so petty with their thoroughness, that they even noted that “the windshield wiper was so worn that it was about to scrape the window”. Now that is the kind off pettiness that I like! Quality of service and great customer service, from reception, to check out, to follow-up, doesn’t get any better than Oxford. There is still hope for the consumer to get good service these days. Bravo!
