High integrity for making things right! We had a miscommunication with the office staff and ended up with a bill that was significantly more than we were expecting. Oxford Automotive was VERY generous with us in the way the situation was resolved. In retrospect we are just thanking God for His mercy to us in this whole situation. Any other way it might have been resolved by some other shop would have been a very high stress situation for us for months!
