My engine light would not shut off, and Oxford offered me a second option at no cost! They found the issue and worked with me to get it fixed at a reasonable price and timetable. They even allowed me to use a rental car for the timeframe they needed to repair my vehicle. They had my SUV ready in less than a week when the original timeframe was about two weeks. My SUV is now back and running well.
