Oxford Automotive is a world class organization when it comes to customer service and talent. We do not say this lightly as we had a very difficult repair with our Mercedes Benz. Bens team bent over backwards to help resolve the issue and saved me thousands in the process. There communication, honesty and hard work paid off. Electro-mechanical issues are very hard to diagnose at times, and they stuck with it and figured it out. Because it took a little time to figure out exactly what was going on, they covered part of our costs parts and labor, no questions asked. They did an outstanding job for my wife and I we are lifetime customers of Oxford Automotive. We want to shout out to Bill, Ian, Cody and the entire team Great Job, and thank you for your dedication.
